Recognition by Accessible Accommodation

We’re excited to share some wonderful news! Four of our hotels have been officially recognised as accessible and inclusive by Accessible Accommodation (The Accessible Group).
Our properties include Marsden Suites Albany in Auckland, Wyndham Garden Christchurch, and two Wellington hotels - Ramada and Microtel. Microtel Wellington and Wyndham Garden Christchurch received Level 1 – Assisted Walking certification, while Ramada Albany and Ramada Wellington were rated Level 2 – Independent Wheelchair User.
This recognition is a result of the hard work and dedication of our amazing teams, led by Jacqui Cheal, Aaron Winder and Habib Montekim, who go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome, supported, and comfortable during their stay.
We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and remain committed to creating truly barrier-free hospitality experiences. It’s all about making every guest feel at home, no matter their needs.
