Over the weekend, our Marsden Lake Resort management team, Tessa and Toby, had the pleasure of attending the Bloom Boutique Wedding Fair in Christchurch. The event, hosted at the beautiful Tannery, provided the perfect backdrop to connect with fellow industry professionals and be inspired by the wonderful displays.
Although we joined a little too late to secure a booth of our own, the organiser, Lorie Morrison, kindly ensured our Lake Resort banner had a place at the fair – allowing us to still share a presence with couples and vendors alike.
The day proved to be an invaluable opportunity to build new connections with Christchurch-based wedding vendors. With so many of our couples travelling from Christchurch to celebrate at Marsden Lake Resort, this means we can now expand our list of trusted recommendations to better support future clients.
On a more personal note, as Tessa and Toby are engaged themselves, it was also a special chance for them to explore ideas first-hand. Their own wedding journey gives them a unique perspective – one that helps them understand and support couples planning their own big day at the resort.
