Despite the gloomy weather, the Marsden Hotel team stayed positive, welcoming, and all smiles as we attended the Trip.com, Lighthouse & UnionPay Workshop yesterday morning! 😊
Our team - Emma Kirkland (Group Director of Revenue), Jacqui Cheal (Regional Group General Manager, Ramada Albany & Marsden Suites Albany), Omar Lopez (Operations Manager, Marsden Suites Albany), and Daria Varennikova (Group Marketing Coordinator) - had an insightful session diving into market trends, particularly focusing on the Chinese travel market.
It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces, gain valuable insights, and walk away with exciting ideas for all departments to explore and implement.
A big thank you to the speakers for such an informative session - we've got plenty of notes and look forward to future collaborations!

The workshop sounds like a valuable opportunity to explore travel market trends, reconnect with industry professionals, and gather fresh ideas for future growth. As someone who appreciates teamwork and continuous improvement, I find this inspiring. It even reminds me of Basket Random, where adaptability and quick thinking can make all the difference. Congratulations to everyone involved, and I look forward to seeing the results of these new insights in action.
