If I depart earlier than my agreed departure date I acknowledge there will be a charge to my credit card as per our cancellation policy. All credit card payments will incur a surcharge fee as follows: Visa and Mastercard 2%, Amex and Diners 4%.

Checkout time is 10am. If you would like to depart earlier than 8am please settle your account the day before departure. If you would like a late checkout please contact reception as an extra charge will apply.
 

Garden Court has a zero tolerance on parties being held in our Apartments and Suites and noise complaints are taken very seriously. In the event that any apartment/suite/guest is identified as having a party or making excessive noise, the hotel reserves the right to immediately evict the occupants. In the event of eviction, the registered guest will be charged for that nights accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
 

I hereby accept full responsibility for any charges incurred for the room during my stay. I also acknowledge that I am personally liable for payment of any damage to the room or property both malicious or accidental by myself or my guests and that any remaining balances can be finalised on my credit card. The establishment assumes no responsibility for loss of money or other valuables and is not responsible for articles left in rooms or vehicles.
